PRIESTOR
Súčasné umiestnenie parkoviska pred vstupnou reprezentatívnou
plochou OC je nevhodné. Okrem toho, že zaberá miesto určené zeleni,
križuje hlavný peší ťah a vstup do OC. Ľudia sú takto nútení kľučkovať
pomedzi autá a dúfať, že ich nikto nezrazí.
ZELENÝ ÚTOK
Návrh pretvára nehostinný priestor na park s rozlične rozmiestnenými
pavilónmi (reštaurácie, kaviarne, galéria, čitáreň), zeleňou a vodnou
plochou. Dvojpodlažné parkovanie je umiestnené pod úrovňou
terénu, no zeleň preniká aj tam pomocou viacerých otvorov. Prirodzené
svetlo v podzemnom parkovisku priláka ľudí a umožní napr.
vznik ,,undergroundovej” kaviarne alebo čitárne.
SPLEŤ
Človek sa tak môže nechať nerušene unášať vírom drobných uličiek
vytváraných pavilónmi a objavovať stále nové priestory nad zemou či
pod ňou. Alebo sa len rýchlo dostať hlavnými uličkami na druhú stranu.
Je to len na ňom.

AREA
The current position of the car park in front of the entry representative
area of the shopping centre is very inappropriate. Not only does
it take space intended for a green but it also obstructs the main pedestrian
road and the entrance to the shopping centre. By this, people
are forced to zigzag among cars and hope they will not get struck
by them.
GREEN ATTACK
The proposal reshapes this inhospitable area into a park area with
variously positioned pavilions (restaurants, cafes, gallery, reading
room) with a green and a water area. The two-fl oor car park is itself
is situated under ground level, but greenness penetrates even there
through several openings. Natural light and the green in the underground
car park attracts people and prepares the way, for example for
the establishment of an “underground” cafe or reading room.
WEB
One may seamlessly get carried along by a swirl of tiny aisles created
by pavilions and discover more and more spaces above the
ground or under, or just quickly get through the main aisles to the
other side. It is a matter of choice.
